These terms govern your use of the Blue platform and services.

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Bloo, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Blue project management platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- "Account" means your Blue account
- "Content" means any text, images, video, audio, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service
- "Customer" means the entity that has entered into these Terms
- "Service" means the Blue platform, including all related applications, APIs, and websites
- "User" means an individual authorized by Customer to use the Service
- "User Submissions" means Content provided or made available by Users through the Service
- "White Label" means our add-on service allowing resale of the Service under Customer's brand
General Terms
1. Accepting These Terms
When you sign up or use Blue ("the Service"), you agree to follow these rules. If you're using Blue for a company, you're agreeing on their behalf.
2. Your Account
- Responsibility: You're responsible for all activity under your account
- Security: Keep your email account secure (we use magic links for login) and notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Accuracy: Provide accurate information and keep it updated
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
3. How We Provide the Service
- We provide Blue "as is" - it works the way you see it
- We offer technical support via email only
- We use third-party providers for hosting, storage, and infrastructure
- We'll do our best to keep the Service available, but can't guarantee 100% uptime
Usage Policies
4. What You Can Do
Permitted Uses:
- Use Blue for legitimate business purposes
- Store and share files within your organization
- Integrate with other tools through our API
- Customize your workspace settings
5. What You Can't Do
Prohibited Uses:
- Hack, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
- Use Blue to break any laws
- Upload viruses or malicious code
- Harass or threaten other users
- Share your account access or forward login emails
- Use Blue for backup storage or public file distribution
- Upload pornographic or illegal content
Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.
6. White Label Exception
If you have our White Label add-on, you can:
- Resell Blue under your own brand
- Set your own prices and terms for your customers
- Manage billing relationships directly with your customers
This only applies with an active White Label subscription.
Storage & Limits
7. File Storage Limits
What's Included:
- 500GB storage per customer account
- Unlimited users within your plan limits
- Automatic file compression for efficiency
Additional Storage:
- $10 per TB per month (billed in 1TB increments)
- Contact us for custom enterprise storage plans
8. Fair Use Policy
To keep Blue fast for everyone:
- Files unused for 30+ days move to slower storage (may take a few seconds to open)
- Accounts in the top 5% of usage may need a custom plan
- We'll contact you before making any changes
9. Account Inactivity
- Accounts with no login for 3 months are considered inactive
- We'll send a 60-day warning before deleting files from inactive accounts
- Reactivate anytime by logging back in
Payment & Refunds
10. Pricing
- Current prices are shown on our pricing page
- We'll give 30 days notice before any price changes
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
11. Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers Only):
- Applies to your first subscription purchase only
- Request within 30 days for a full refund
- Simply email us - no complicated process
- Refunds processed in your original payment currency
What's Not Refundable:
- Renewals or upgrades
- Lifetime Deals (LTDs) purchased directly from Blue
- Third-party fees (wire transfers, currency conversion)
- Services after the 30-day period
12. Billing
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- No partial month refunds for cancellations
- Storage overage charges billed monthly
Privacy & Security
13. Your Privacy
We take your privacy seriously:
- We don't look at your data unless you ask us to (for support)
- Your data is only visible to people you invite to your projects
- We don't sell your data to anyone

14. Data Security
- All data encrypted in transit and at rest
- Regular security audits and updates
- ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance
- Incident response plan in place
15. Government Requests
We'll only share your data with government agencies if legally required with a valid court order. We'll notify you unless legally prohibited.
Intellectual Property
16. Your Content
You retain all rights in and to your Content. By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available Content through the Service, you grant to the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize use of your Content
- Your Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights
- You have obtained all necessary permissions from any persons appearing in your Content
17. Company Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by Users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
18. Feedback
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.
Third-Party Services
19. Blue Experts Program
Blue Experts are independent professionals, not our employees:
- You can hire and pay them directly, or pay through Blue for convenience
- We don't guarantee their work, even if payment goes through us
- Any disputes are between you and the expert
- We verify platform knowledge but not other credentials
- Payment through Blue is purely a convenience service and doesn't create any liability
20. Integrations
We integrate with various third-party services:
- Each integration has its own terms
- We're not responsible for third-party service issues
- Your use of integrations is at your own risk
21. Data Processors We Use
We share limited data with these providers to run our service:
- Infrastructure: Amazon, Render, Backblaze, Cloudflare
- Payments: Stripe, Paddle
- Analytics: Google Analytics
- Communications: Emailit, Telegram
- AI Services: OpenAI, Anthropic
- Mobile: Apple, Google Play Services
- Integrations: Make.com, Zapier, Boost.space, Albato, Pabbly Connect
API Usage
22. API Access
- Available to all paid plans
- Rate limits: 1000 requests per hour
- Must include proper authentication
- Can't use API to circumvent plan limits
23. API Restrictions
- No scraping or bulk data extraction
- Respect rate limits and quotas
- Don't share API keys
- We may suspend API access for abuse
Data Protection
24. GDPR Compliance
For European users:
- Right to access your data
- Right to correct inaccuracies
- Right to delete your account
- Right to export your data
- Data Processing Agreement available
25. Data Retention
- Active account data: Kept while account is active
- Deleted files: Permanently removed within 30 days
- Account closure: Data deleted within 90 days
- Backups: Retained for up to 90 days
- Legal holds: May extend retention if required by law
Service Level & Support
26. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- 99.9% uptime target (about 9 hours downtime per year)
- Planned maintenance communicated in advance
- Status page available at status.blue.cc
- Support response within 24 hours
27. Support Scope
We Provide:
- Technical support via email
- Documentation and guides
- Bug fixes and updates
We Don't Provide:
- Phone support (unless on Enterprise plan)
- Custom development
- Training services (see Blue Experts)
Liability & Disclaimers
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Data loss (please keep backups!)
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Damages exceeding what you paid us in the last 3 months
29. No Warranties
We provide Blue "as is" without warranties. We can't guarantee it will:
- Meet all your specific needs
- Be error-free or uninterrupted
- Produce specific results
Indemnification
30. Your Indemnification Obligations
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Content or User Submissions
Dispute Resolution
31. Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@blue.cc. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days of submission, you or the Company may bring a formal proceeding.
32. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
33. Class Action Waiver
You and the Company agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor the Company will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity.
34. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Export Compliance
35. Export Control
You acknowledge that the Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations of the United States and other countries. You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce and trade and economic sanctions maintained by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Changes & Cancellation
36. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms with 30 days notice
- Continued use means you accept the changes
- Major changes will be clearly communicated
37. Changes to Service
We may:
- Add or remove features
- Change prices (with 30 days notice)
- Discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
38. Cancelling Your Account
- Cancel anytime from account settings
- Export your data before cancelling
- We'll delete your data within 90 days
- No refunds for partial periods
Marketing & Testimonials
39. Customer Logos
We may display your company logo (from your email domain) as a customer reference. To opt out, email support@blue.cc.
40. Testimonials
If you provide a testimonial:
- We can use it in our marketing
- You can retract permission anytime
- We'll remove it from our platforms within 30 days of your request
- We may edit for length but not meaning
Community Forum Guidelines
41. Community Conduct
When participating in our community forums:
Be Respectful:
- Treat all community members with respect and professionalism
- No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
- Keep discussions constructive and on-topic
- Respect differing opinions and perspectives
Moderation & Account Restrictions:
- Comments may be held in moderation for review
- Do not create additional accounts to bypass moderation - this is strictly prohibited
- Attempts to circumvent moderation may result in:
- Permanent ban from community forums
- Suspension or termination of your Blue platform access
- Loss of all account privileges across our services
- Moderation decisions are final and at our sole discretion
Prohibited Forum Activities:
- Spam, promotional content, or excessive self-promotion
- Posting malicious links or code
- Sharing confidential or proprietary information
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation
- Any activity that violates these Terms or applicable laws
Special Provisions
42. Beta Features
- Available for testing purposes only - not for business critical operations
- May be modified or discontinued at any time
- Not covered by Service Level Agreement
- Subject to additional beta terms when applicable
43. Compliance Features
For regulated industries:
- Audit logs available
- Data residency options (Enterprise only)
- Custom data retention policies
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for GDPR compliance
- Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available for HIPAA compliance

45. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, governmental action, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, or other unforeseeable cause beyond the reasonable control of such party.
