Getting Started & Eligibility

We look for partners with proven experience in enterprise software implementation, an established client base, and the ability to commit to at least 3-5 implementations per year. You should have technical resources capable of handling complex integrations and process design.
The typical onboarding process takes 1-2 weeks, including initial assessment, agreement signing, training completion, and portal access setup.
We have two levels: Registered (entry level) and Certified (after completing training and first implementation). Each level offers increasing benefits and support.
We welcome both established firms and experienced independent consultants. Individual consultants need to demonstrate a track record of enterprise implementations and active client relationships.

Territory & Client Management

Client protection works on a first-come, first-served basis. When you register a deal, that specific client/company becomes exclusively yours in our system. This isn't about geographic territories or cities - it's about individual client relationships. Even if they approach us directly later, we'll redirect them to you.
The first partner to successfully register a specific company/organization owns that relationship exclusively. It's not based on geographic regions but on individual client accounts.
If a prospect hasn't signed with Blue yet and you have an active relationship with them, you can still register the opportunity. We'll review on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing partners who can demonstrate existing engagement.
Yes, with mutual agreement and Blue's approval, you can transfer client relationships to another certified partner. This might occur during acquisitions, partnerships, or strategic realignments.
Your recurring revenue continues for existing clients as long as they remain active Blue customers. However, you won't be able to register new deals or access partner resources.

Financial & Commercial

Partners earn 50% of license fees for the first two years, then 25% for the entire remaining customer lifetime. This includes all plan upgrades and expansions. The more enterprise customers you bring, the higher your earning potential grows.
Commissions are paid monthly, 30 days after client payment is received. We provide detailed commission statements via ACH or wire transfer.
There are no fees to join. The only investment is your time for training and certification.
We pay all partner commissions in US dollars exclusively. All client payments are also processed in US dollars.
International partners receive payments in US dollars via wire transfer. Partners are responsible for any currency conversion or local tax obligations.
You continue earning commissions on all expansions and upgrades. Whether it's adding more users, upgrading plans, or implementing additional modules, you maintain your revenue share on the entire customer relationship.
We support flexible enterprise pricing models including multi-year contracts, volume discounts, and custom pricing tiers. Our partner team works with you to structure deals that work for both your clients and your business model.

Technical & Implementation

Most enterprise implementations take 4-12 weeks depending on complexity, integrations required, and data migration needs. We provide project templates and timelines based on industry and use case.
Yes, partners receive dedicated sandbox environments for testing, training, and proof-of-concept development. These environments mirror production capabilities with sample data.
We maintain a strict one-codebase policy across all customers to ensure platform stability and scalability. When enterprise clients need specific functionality, we develop configurable solutions that can be deployed across our platform, benefiting all users while meeting specific needs.
Partners receive full API access including advanced endpoints, higher rate limits, and early access to new API features. We also provide dedicated API support for complex integrations.
We provide dedicated engineering support for all your Blue implementation projects. This includes technical consultation, custom integration assistance, and ongoing support for your clients during and after deployment.

Support & Resources

Engineering support includes architecture reviews, integration assistance, performance optimization, security consultation, and direct access to our engineering team for complex technical issues.
Yes, we refer qualified enterprise leads to certified partners based on geography, industry expertise, and capacity.
We release updates monthly. Partners receive advance notice, release notes, and training materials at least two weeks before public release.
We offer comprehensive Blue certification programs for your technical teams, including implementation training, best practices workshops, and ongoing education on new features and capabilities.
We work closely with your sales team to support enterprise deals, including custom proposals, security reviews, and procurement documentation. Our enterprise sales team can assist with complex negotiations and compliance requirements.
Yes, we provide access to customer references, detailed case studies, and success stories that demonstrate Blue's value in enterprise environments. We can also arrange customer testimonials for qualified prospects.

Competition & Differentiation

Our 50%/25% revenue share is industry-leading, and unlike others, we offer true lifetime commissions and customer ownership. Most competitors cap commissions at 10-20% for 1-2 years only.
