This means that the project is on time, on budget, and achieves its stated objectives. It involves applying knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet these requirements.

The key components of project management:

Project Manager: The person responsible for leading the project to success. They are in charge of planning, executing, and closing the project, managing the team, and ensuring that the project's goals align with the organization's strategic objectives.

Objective: Every project has a specific objective or set of objectives. This could be to create a new product, implement a new process, or achieve a specific business result. Clear objectives are crucial as they guide all project activities.
