Completed at - Blue Docs

The Completed at field captures the exact moment a record was marked done. Add it to any project to surface completion data alongside the rest of your record fields.

Use cases

Activity log — at a glance, see what got finished and when.
Weekly reviews — group by completion date to see everything that shipped this week.
Velocity charts — chart records completed per day, week, or month in dashboards.
Recent completions filter — filter for “completed in the last 7 days” or any other window.

Behavior

Completed at is system-managed. Blue stamps the value automatically when a record’s status flips to done — there is no manual editing.

If a record is re-opened, the field clears back to Not completed, so the value always reflects the latest state. Mark it done again and a fresh timestamp is recorded.

Completed at sits alongside the Created at and Updated at fields. Pick whichever matches the question you’re asking — Created at for when something started, Updated at for when it was last touched, Completed at for when it was finished.
