Profile Settings

Your profile allows you to customize your experience in Blue.

Overview

You can access your profile by clicking on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of Blue.

The key settings you can customize are:

  • Name, email, and job title
  • Profile picture
  • Phone number
  • Birthday
  • Color theme and compact cards
  • Language, timezone, and date format
  • Calendar first day of the week

Profile Setting 1

Personal Details

Name and Email

You can update your first name, last name, and email address from your profile. Your name will appear across Blue and your email is used for sign-in and notifications.

Job Title

Add your job title so your team can see your role at a glance. This appears on your profile card.

Phone Number

Add a phone number with international country code support. Blue validates the number format before saving.

Profile Picture

Adding a profile picture makes it easier for your team to recognize you. You can upload any image, crop it to your preference, and set it as your profile picture.

Birthday

Add your birthday so your Blue team can celebrate your special day. Select a day and month — the year is not required.

Regional Settings

Language

Choose your preferred language for the Blue interface.

Timezone

Set a custom timezone, or leave it on auto-detect to use your browser’s timezone. A live clock preview shows the current time in your selected timezone, ensuring all due dates and schedules align with your colleagues. This is especially important for distributed and remote teams.

Date Format

Choose how dates appear across Blue. Options include day-first (DD/MM/YY), month-first (MM/DD/YY), ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD), short month (D MMM YY), with weekday (ddd, D MMM), and US long format (MMM D, YYYY).

Week Starts On

Set which day your calendar weeks begin on — Monday, Saturday, or Sunday. This affects all calendar views across Blue.

Appearance

Color Theme

Choose your preferred accent color from preset options: Blue (default), Cyan, Indigo, Green, Amber, Red, Purple, Pink, Orange, and Black. This color is reflected in highlights and accents across the platform. If your organization has set a theme color, it will take precedence while you are viewing that organization.

Compact Cards

Toggle compact cards to use smaller cards on board view, allowing you to see more records at a glance.
