Records are the fundamental building blocks in Blue that can represent anything.

Records in Blue are flexible and can be used for many purposes, such as tracking customer interactions, sales, project milestones, or inventory. This adaptability allows you to customize Blue to meet your business needs, making it a valuable tool for organizing important information.

Renaming Records

You can easily rename records in Blue to fit your needs. Just go to Project Settings and change the names to whatever you like, such as tasks or assignments. This change will apply throughout the project.

Here are some examples of names you can use for records:

  • Assignment / Assignments
  • Step / Steps
  • Issue / Issues
  • Ticket / Tickets
  • Lead / Leads
  • Deal / Deals
  • Case / Cases
  • Opportunity / Opportunities
  • Client / Clients
  • Product / Products
  • Order / Orders

Remember to include both the singular and plural forms of your chosen names. This helps the system display the correct term based on the context.
