Favorites
Pin workspaces, records, views, dashboards, reports, documents, wiki pages, forms, and chats to a Favorites section in the sidebar.
Favorites pin the work you open every day to a dedicated section at the top of the sidebar, so the things you reach for constantly are one click away — no folder hunting, no search.
What you can favorite
Just about anything in Blue:
- Workspaces — star from the workspace top bar
- Records
- Saved views
- Dashboards and reports
- Documents
- Wiki pages
- Forms
- Chats
Each item lives in the Favorites section regardless of which workspace it belongs to, so cross-project work stays accessible from one place.
Adding a favorite
- Workspace — open the workspace and click the star icon in the top bar.
- Anything else — open the item’s action menu (right-click or the three-dot menu) and pick Add to favorites.
The item appears in the Favorites section of the sidebar immediately.
Organising favorites
- Drag to reorder — move favorites up and down to put the most-used items on top.
- Drag out — drag a favorite out of the section to remove it (or use the action menu again).
- Folders — group related favorites into folders the same way you do in the regular sidebar.
Behavior
- Favorites are personal — each teammate’s list is their own. Adding a favorite doesn’t change anyone else’s sidebar.
- Removing a favorite doesn’t delete the underlying item — it just unpins it.
- Items you no longer have access to (e.g. a deleted workspace, a private view shared by someone who left) automatically drop off your list.
Combine Favorites with Shared Sidebar Folders — favorites for your personal day-to-day, shared folders for the structure your whole team relies on.
